Individual Psychotherapy
Ongoing one-to-one counseling for adults and adolescents across Colorado, by secure video.
Most people arrive at therapy at a specific moment — a relapse, a loss, a relationship coming apart, or the slow recognition that the way they have been coping has stopped working. Individual psychotherapy is the space to look at that clearly, with someone in the room who is not going to flinch.
I work with substance use, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and codependency. In practice these rarely show up one at a time, so I do not treat them one at a time. We work with the whole picture: what happened, what it cost, what you are doing to manage it now, and what you would like to be different.
Sessions are conversational but structured enough to make progress. You should leave with something you can actually use before the next one, not just a feeling of having talked.
